MiddleOffice Graphical User Interface as a service
MOGUI as a service solution allows any middleware to benificiate of a graphical interface for the user to manage their middleware messages.
Secure your data:
Payloads are encrypted from MuleSoft to Edifixio MoGui (TLS/SSL) and data in MOGUI is encrypted for confidentiality reasons.
Error Management:
The console provided is reliable, easy to use and efficient:
- View the messages flow by flow. Easy access to the payload, the status and the error messages.
- Easy search
- Perform reprocessing from source the message
Focus our effort on what is necessary with auto resolution: An error is automatically corrected if a newer message for the same object is passed successfully.
Reprocessing from Source System
When an error occurs, and before starting a complicated and expensive analysis, the
first action should be to reprocess the message. The error could be temporary.
The support can reprocess the message through the API Experience exposed by MuleSoft.
Errors classification
The development of error classification makes it possible to carry out a statistical and
qualitative treatment. It permits to avoid an analysing of an error again and again.
Please note that a new classification requires a change ticket.
Manual handling of the errors
When an error cannot be corrected by a newer message or reprocessing from source, the
error should be handled manually.
The support declares this action on the console.
Collision detection
For identifying inconsistencies caused by unreliable communication, a component of
MiddleOffice runs every night and reprocesses the messages if necessary.
